Measurements:
• Balmy Blue cardstock: 8 ½” x 5 ½” (score at 4 ¼”), scrap for die cutting
• Gray Granite cardstock: 3 ¾” x 5”
• Basic White cardstock: 3 ⅞” x 5 ⅛”, scrap for stamping
• Snowflake Vellum (flocked dots pattern): scrap for die cutting
• Neutrals 6x6 DSP (Gray Granite stripe): scrap for die cutting
• Baker’s Twine Essentials (white): approx. 24-30”
• Adhesive Backed Seasonal Sequins (white): 3
Instructions:
1. Fold the Balmy Blue cardstock in half to create the card base.
2. Using Balmy Blue ink, stamp the snowflakes from the Penguin Place set on the scrap of Balmy Blue cardstock, and stamp the Believe (outline letters) from the Jingle Jingle Jingle set on the Basic White scrap.
3. Colour in the believe letters with the Light Balmy Blue Stampin’ Blends. Stamp “in the magic” across the coloured believe with Basic Gray ink. Fussy cut the believe out with Paper Snips.
4. Use the smallest square from the Stylish shapes dies and die cut 4 squares from the stamped Balmy Blue cardstock, 4 squares from the Gray Granite stripe DSP, & 4 squares from the Snowflake Vellum.
5. Along the bottom of the Gray Granite card layer, apply 6 rows of Stampin’ Seal adhesive. Stick the die cut squares along the bottom of the cardstock (trim ends of squares that go over the edge of the cardstock). Stick a second row of die cut squares above the first row, offsetting them a bit from the first row.
6. Tie some white Baker’s Twine around the Gray Granite piece right at the top of the die cut squares row. Wrap it around twice and finish off with a knot, then a bow.
7. Apply Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the fussy cut believe and stick it right above the Baker’s Twine.
8. Stick 3 white sequins around the believe (see picture for placement).
