All Spruced Up

This week I used the Spruced Up Bundle to create a wonderfully unusual Christmas card. The technique uses Vellum, Stampin' Blends and 99% Isopropyl rubbing alcohol. It's a very easy technique as you'll see.

Measurements: Daffodil Delight cardstock: 4 1/4" x 11, scored at 5 1/2" and a scrap for the small christmas tree, Night of Navy cardstock: 4" x 5 1/4" and a scrap for the large tree outline and the sentiment, Bermuda Bay cardstock: a large scrap for the large tree and the small tree outline Basic White cardstock: 3 3/4" x 5, Vellum: 3 3/4' x 5"

Instructions: Fold the large piece of Daffodil Delight cardstock on the score line and burnish. Adhere the large piece of Night of Navy cardstock on top of the Daffodil Delight cardstock using the Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Set aside. Take the piece of Vellum and Night of Navy Stampin' Blend and color two strips of about 1" each horizontally across the top of the Vellum. Color the first strip more heavily than the second strip. Do the same with the Bermuda Bay and Pool Party blends, moving down the piece of Vellum.

You will also need Isopropyl Alcohol 99% and a 1” wide paint brush and scotch tape.

Here's the video for you:
