Measurements:

 

• Crumb Cake Card Stock 1: 8 1/2” x 5 1/2”

• Basic Black Card Stock 2: 5 1/8” x 3 7/8; scrap

• Basic White Card Stock 3: 5” x 3 3/4”: scrap

• Real Red Card Stock: 1 1/2” x 3” OR scrap

 

 

Instructions:

 

1. Stamp the HUGS wreath stamp with Memento Tuxedo Black Pad so that Hugs is approximately centered between the top, right and left edges of the card stock. Stamp the single flower, also using the Memento Tuxedo Black Pad, onto a small white scrap.

2. Using the VersaMark Pad, Stamp “& KISSES” on a black scrap and heat emboss with white powder. 

3. Die cut the single flower, greeting and HUGS (Real Red CS) with the corresponding dies. 

4. Choose one of the stitchery stamps and use the Memento Tuxedo Black Pad, to stamp it as shown. It is easiest to start in the center, having the stitching start at the lower edge of the wreath. Roughly line the outer stripes up by lining up the edge of your block with a previously stamped line as you work towards the outer edges. These stitched lines have a homespun look so don’t worry about lining them up perfectly. 

5. Color the wreath as shown with Soft Succulent and Real Red Blends Combos. Optional: lightly outline HUGS with the light Crumb Cake Blends. Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to attach the Real Red letters over HUGS.

6. Using Multipurpose Liquid Glue, layer the large white stamped layer onto Basic Black CS. Add the small flower to the lower right portion of the card and then center all of this onto the Crumb Cake card base. Use the mini Black Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the “& KISSES” over the small flower.
