I’m so happy that I kept the Hey Chick Stamp set from Sale-a-bration from a couple years ago. With the dies makes for such a cute bundle. And who does love chickens specially these ones. Do you know that they match perfectly with the Hey Birthday Chick bundle! Which must be popular as they are on low inventory at the moment.

Here’s the bits and bobs for this card....
Cutting Instructions
Card stock
Poppy Parade 5 ½” X 8 ½” Card base
Basic Black 3 5/8” x ¾” Strip on card front
Scrap for Chicken wire.
Basic White 3 ¾” x 5” Card inside
Scraps Circle, sentiment and chicken
DSP Berry Delights 4” x 5 ¼” Card inside
Card front 3 5/8” x 3 ½”
Assembly Instructions
Card base
1. Fold the card base in half and burnish with your bone folder.
2. Adhere the piece of Berry Delights DSP to the card front about ¾” from the top.
3. Adhere the Basic Black strip towards the bottom of the DSP leaving about ¼” border at the bottom.
4. Stamp the chicken on a scrap of Basic White cardstock and cut out using the die from the Chicks Dies set.
5. Using the Stitched Framelits dies and the largest circle die, cut out a circle in Basic White cardstock.
6. Cut out the chicken wire using the die from the Chicks Dies and a scrap of Basic Black cardstock.
7. Adhere the chicken wire to the Basic White circle, trimming to the shape of the circle. Adhere both to the card front.
8. Colour the chicken’s hair using the Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends and the feet using the Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends. Adhere to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
9. Stamp the sentiment on a scrap of Basic White cardstock and cut around the edge leaving a small border. Adhere to the card front using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
10. Adhere the large piece of DSP to the inside of the card.
11. Stamp the other chicken on the large piece of Basic White cardstock and colour with Poppy Parade and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends.
12. Adhere to the inside of the card.
