Cup Cake Taco



 For the Taco Filling:

  • 🥩 1 lb ground beef
  • 🌮 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 💧 1/2 cup water

 

For the Cupcakes:

  • 🏵️ 24 wonton wrappers
  • 🧀 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 🍅 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 🥑 1/2 cup guacamole (optional)
  • 🍃 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 🍚 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 🌶️ 1/2 cup salsa

Step 2: Assemble the Taco Cupcakes

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin and press one wonton wrapper into each cup.
  3. Press another wonton wrapper on top and repeat the layers of meat and cheese.

 

Step 3: Bake the Taco Cupcakes

  1. Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. I cook them for 18 minutes in my gas oven and thinking it was a tad too long. 
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before removing from the tin.

Step 4: Add Toppings & Serve

  1. Top each taco cupcake with diced tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, and cilantro.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!
